This mega estate is currently under construction on Princess Lane in Hopkinton, MA on 70 vast acres. It is named “Hearth Ridge Manor” but was called Stone Manor and Oakdale Estate before that. It was designed by Meyer & Meyer Architects and broke ground last year. There is a 40,000 square foot mega mansion (was originally going to be a whopping 72,000 square feet), a 2800 square foot entertainment building called the Orchard Barn and a Warming Hut for the fishing and skating ponds.
